These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website of Kelab Sukan Elektronik ZeTa ("ZeTa", "KSE ZeTa", "we", "us", or "our"), an esports club based in Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia, registered with the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia (Kementerian Belia dan Sukan). By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About ZeTa

ZeTa plans, organizes, and manages esports tournaments and community events in Bintulu and across Sarawak, primarily for PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, and E-Football, in partnership with schools, government agencies, sponsors, and other esports organizations. This Site is provided to showcase our club, committee, past and upcoming events, and partners.

2. Intellectual Property

The ZeTa name, the "ZT" crest and logo, and all text, graphics, photographs, and other content on this Site are the property of Kelab Sukan Elektronik ZeTa or its licensors and partners, and are protected under Malaysian copyright and trademark law, unless otherwise credited. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our name, crest, or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its content, or any related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with ZeTa

4. Tournament & Event Participation

This Site provides information about our tournaments and events, but registration, payment of entry fees, and participation are handled separately, typically through a QR code, external form, or in-person process specific to each event, and not through this Site. Each event may have its own rules on eligibility, entry fees, prizes, and conduct, which are set out on the relevant event poster, registration form, or communicated by the organizing team, and which govern that event in addition to these Terms.

Entry fees and prizes, where stated, are set on a per-event basis and are subject to change at our discretion or the discretion of co-organizing partners. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies (including refund policies) of third-party co-organizers, venues, or sponsors involved in a given event.

5. Third-Party Links & Social Media

The Site links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Gmail. These platforms are operated independently of ZeTa and are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Event dates, prize amounts, partner names, and other details are subject to change and may not always reflect the most current information. Please confirm event details through our official social media or direct contact before making plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Kelab Sukan Elektronik ZeTa and its committee members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, your participation in an event we organize or co-organize, or your reliance on any information published on the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
